Pastor Cliff met the former Elaine Bishop at Evangel Temple Church of God in 1975. They dated several years and was married on March 30, 1985. They have two very talented daughters Erin, and Rachael, and one outstanding son in law Jeremy.
Pastor Cliff is a graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic High School. He attended RETS Technical Institute, Essex Community College, Loyola College, Strayer University earning various certificates, and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. He is also a graduate of The Billy Graham Evangelistic Program, Steven Covey Leadership Program, and the Minister's Internship Program of the Church of God. He is currently working on his Masters Degree of Theological Studies with Central Christian University.
Evangelism and the move of the Holy Spirit are at the core of Pastor's Cliff ministry. He loves to see God move in changing the hearts and lives of people. He is dedicated to seeing the world come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Pastor Cliff is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God and is currently serving as the Senior Pastor at New Covenant Church of God.
